Service terms & cancellation

1. What the starter includes
One personalized static template webpage, a provider subdomain, HTTPS, source export and hosting for the paid period. Two self-service text/contact republish operations per month are planned. No custom design, domain registration, mailbox, database, video hosting, dynamic application or managed edits are included.
2. Price, payment and renewal
No tier is currently available for purchase and no price has been finalized. Before any future order, we will show the exact tier scope, billing period, total amount, applicable taxes, renewal or expiry date, seller identity and cancellation/refund terms before payment. Pricing will account for measured delivery costs and owner time. Roadmap levels are not offers.
Annual expiry reminders: 30 and 7 days before expiry. Monthly renewal reminder: 7 days before a charge. Material price increases receive at least 30 days’ notice and require acceptance before charging the higher amount. Otherwise the service ends at the existing paid term.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may stop future monthly renewals online without a mandatory call or questionnaire. Email is the fallback. Cancellation confirmation states your final service date. Cancelling renewal does not immediately remove your paid site.

Approved refunds are initiated within five business days and no later than applicable legal deadlines. Bank posting can take longer. We do not deduct processing fees from promised refunds. Third-party purchases and custom work require separate disclosed terms, subject to mandatory rights.
4. Delivery and service limits
Publishing requires verified payment, approved business information and ownership verification. No site is considered delivered until the public URL passes checks. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours after those requirements are complete, you may request a full refund. Defects in our delivery are corrected without an upgrade.
This budget service has no contractual uptime SLA or guarantee of sales, traffic or ranking. Normal business promotion is allowed. No arbitrary scripts, malware, impersonation, unlawful content, file-distribution service or infrastructure abuse. High traffic triggers review, not automatic charges. Paid migration or extra services require your acceptance.
5. Expiry and failed payments
After a failed monthly renewal, we notify you and may retry at most twice within seven days under the disclosed payment authorization. Cancellation stops retries. There is a seven-day hosting grace period after expiry or nonpayment, not a new paid subscription. Source export remains available for 30 days after service ends. Emergency suspension may be necessary for security or unlawful content; ordinary changes receive at least 30 days’ notice.
6. Your ownership and domain
You retain your supplied content and can download the source. You must have rights to material you supply. Custom domains are registered and renewed in your own registrar account. Cancelling PawPage does not cancel your domain. Keep copies of your export; we remove hosted content after the stated retention window, subject to legal obligations.
